Di-n-butyltin lauric acid
Used as a catalyst for polyurethane synthesis and room temperature vulcanized rubber. The use of dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst alone can lead to a decrease in the aging resistance of PU, while the composite effect is better when the ratio of triethylenediamine is 1: (2-4). The effect of the dosage of di-n-butyltin dilaurate on the properties of polyurethane adhesive is shown in the table below. When used as a catalyst for crosslinking acetic acid based silicone sealant, the catalytic effect of the combination with triethylamine (TA) (DBTDL: TA=0.2:0.1) is significantly higher than that of a single catalyst, and the two have a synergistic effect. Accelerate the hydrolysis and condensation of silicon oxygen groups with moisture in the air to form silicon oxygen bonds. Can accelerate the curing speed of polyurethane, with a reference dosage of 0.05% to 0.3%.
